Janika Oras
Janika Oras is a senior researcher at the Estonian Folklore Archive of the Estonian Literary Museum. Janika Oras teaches folk music and song at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater and the Viljandi Culture Academy of the University of Tartu, as well as outside the academy. Her research has focused mainly on the performers of folk songs and many different aspects of performance. She has organized the publication of songs and edited publications on the runic songs.
