The chamber hall, completed in 2003, is located on the 6th floor of the Estonian Theater and Concert Hall, above the concert hall. The upstairs chamber hall has a curved ceiling with a wooden structure and small arched windows that offer a beautiful view of the harbor and city of Tallinn.
