Kerli Kislõi is an Estonian bagpipe and percussion player. Her projects include traditional music, rock music and experiments with electronic music. In 2014 Kislõi graduated from Viljandi Music School and in 2019 she started studying traditional music at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy. In 2021 she furthered her studies of traditional music as an exchange student in Spain, Galicia. She is member of folk rock band Fylgja and bagpipe quintet Estpipes. Kislõi has performed in many festivals including Viljandi Folk Music festival and Piping Live, a bagpipe festival in Scotland.
