Merilyn Jaeski’s (b. 1998) musical education began with piano lessons at the age of four in Belgium. After returning to Estonia, she continued her piano studies at the music school of Vanalinna Hariduskolleegium with Ingrid Vooglaid. She graduated in 2018.
From 2010 to 2012 she lived in the Netherlands and acquired her education at Afnorth International School. During that time, she received her musical training under the guidance of a private teacher, Ina Jager. Merilyn Jaeski graduated the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with a degree in musicology in 2021. From 2019 to 2022 she studied composition at Georg Ots Tallinn Music College with Tatjana Kozlova-Johannes. Now, Jaeski continues her composition studies in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre under the guidance of Helena Tulve.
